LinkedIn shows us profiles that have been seen by other LinkedIn members, before or after viewing the profile we are on. Contrary to what many believe, this has nothing to do with the profiles you have seen. If so, LinkedIn says it's just a coincidence. In the "Preferences and confidentiality" (in the drop-down menu by clicking on your photo at the top right), you can activate or deactivate the option "Show/hide the module "People who have viewed this profile, have also viewed" . Hiding this module means avoiding displaying your competitors on your profile and therefore clearly positioning them just one click away.
WARNING: this is not very clear in the LinkedIn "guidelines", but it seems that if you hide this Email Data option, you no longer appear in the other pages consulted on the other profiles. The squaring of the circle is therefore as follows: Option Advantage Inconvenience Hide module We no longer display our competitors on our profile. We no longer appear in the "other pages viewed" on other profiles (Given the information given by LinkedIn, we cannot be 100% positive on this point). Show module You may appear in the “other viewed pages” of your competitors on LinkedIn. Show your competitors on your profile.
