The 'PacoROCK Festival' Sociocultural Association is a non-profit association whose project is to promote live rock music, in a family environment and, always, with the aim of raising funds for charitable causes. On June 24 and 25, 2022, the 6th edition of 'PacoROCK FESTIVAL' will be held, to benefit APAFES (Ciudad Real Mental Health Association), at the old POBLETE Football Field, seven kilometers from Ciudad Real. With the collaboration of the Hon. Poblete City Council, activities for all ages will be held from the afternoon of Friday the 24th and all day Saturday, June 25, being the only festival in the province with a duration of two days.
In the musical part, the festival will feature performances by Celtibeerian, River Crow, Calatravica, Trooper Of The Beast, EDP, Watch Out, Zelda, La Industry Email List Última Banda and Shine.; as well as POE DJ to liven up different moments, and the proclamation and opening of the festival by Alfredo Sánchez Rodríguez .In addition, there will be a guided excursion on Saturday morning to the volcanoes of Campo de Calatrava; After which you will go to the Municipal Pool (access included with the festival ticket), a place where more activities are planned, a little rest and refreshment from the bathroom, so necessary on those dates during the day.
A very important part of the festival is being able to attend as a family, so, under the umbrella of PacoROCK KIDS, several instructors will organize activities for the little ones that you can find in the attached program. This allows rock parents to attend the festival knowing that their children will enjoy it as much or more than they do, and that they are under the supervision of qualified managers. Children under 18 years of age have free entry to the festival.
Entry to the festival is free for those under 18 years of age, accompanied by an adult with a ticket, and tickets for adults start at ten euros, remembering that everything raised, once the organization costs are covered, will be donated to APAFES. Tickets are purchased online.The Ciudad Real Bar Association has brought together the organizations that are working in the province of Ciudad Real with refugees from Ukraine in order to convey various aspects to them in relation to their legal protection.
The Dean of the College, Cipriano Arteche, participated in the meeting; the Prosecutor for Minors, Carmen López de la Torre and the Immigration Prosecutor Maria Luz Campo Miranda; and a representative of the National Police of Ciudad Real, Alberto Maján; the President of the Official Shift Commission, Elena Gómez Heredia; the representative of the College in the Immigration Subcommittee of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, Ana Adán; the director of the Legal and Social Orientation Service for Foreigners (SOJSE, a body created by agreement between the College and the Provincial Council), Eva Galván;
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Administrations and Organizations with powers in the matter: Immigration Office of Ciudad Real, Delegations of Social Welfare and Equality of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, City Council Real, Red Cross, Cáritas, Movement for Peace and Disarmament, CEPAIM, CREAN and the Opañel Women's Association.
At the meeting, all the legal aspects to be taken into account in relation to the Ukrainian refugees in our province were discussed, 475 as of the end of April, of which 203 are minors, and the initiative of the General Council of the Spanish Lawyers' Office to collect evidence of war crimes in order to present it before the International Courts.
